HOW DO I BOOK A MAILBOX?
When you have decided upon the type that you require, either book and pay on line, book and pay by telephone, or call in at our office.
DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?
Yes. If you recommend our services to a friend and they book and pay for a minimum of 6 months, then we will give you 5% reduction on your next renewal amount.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ONGOING RENTAL?
We will set up a Direct Debit instruction to collect any ongoing fees.
WHAT IF MY PERSONAL DETAILS CHANGE?
It is imperative that we have your correct personal details at all times. We use these details to provide your mail and parcels and to contact you. It is easy to telephone and update your details if they alter, or send us a short email.
WHO CAN COLLECT MY MAIL?
Anyone who has the key to your Mailbox is able to come and collect your mail, therefore it rests with you to keep your key safe to protect your mail.
WILL I NEED ID TO COLLECT MY MAIL AND PARCELS?
Mail will be deposited in your Mailbox, if you have the key, you can collect without ID. If you are collecting parcels, then to be absolutely sure, we may ask for ID. If you send someone as your agent to collect parcels, then we would ask you to send an email giving us your instruction to release the parcels to your agent.
CAN I ACCES MY MAIL AND PARCELS OUT OF HOURS?
No I am sorry, you will only be able to collect mail and parcels during our opening hours.
